Built for businesses that run on WhatsApp

WhatEdge is a product of Arsaviva Technologies Private Limited, an Indian software company.

Why we built it

We kept meeting the same business. Good product, loyal customers, and a WhatsApp number handled by whoever happened to be free that afternoon. Invoices sent late. Payment reminders sent when somebody remembered. Enquiries answered a day after they arrived, by which time the customer had already spoken to someone else.

The tools that claimed to fix this fell into two groups. Grey-market panels that automated the ordinary WhatsApp app, cheap and effective right up until the number was banned. And enterprise platforms priced for companies ten times the size, sold as a login and a documentation link.

Neither of them talked to Tally, to Busy, or to the spreadsheet the business actually ran on. That was the gap. A business does not need a place to type messages faster — it needs the messages to stop being typed at all.

So we built the version that connects to the systems already in use, runs on the Official WhatsApp Business API, and is set up by people you can telephone.

What we believe

Software should fit the business, not the other way round

If you run your receivables on a spreadsheet, we work with the spreadsheet. Asking a business to change how it operates before the software will help is how most implementations quietly fail.

Setup is our job

A login is not an implementation. We do the API registration, the verification, the templates and the integrations with you, and we include it in the price — because a connector nobody configured is worth nothing to either of us.

Say the real price

Platform fee here, messaging there, both visible before you sign. We will work out your likely monthly messaging spend on the demo call rather than letting you discover it in month two.

Do it officially

An unofficial panel is cheaper until the day your business number is permanently banned, with every customer conversation on it. There is no version of that which is cheaper.

Tell customers what they need to hear

Including that a campaign is likely to damage their quality rating, that a green tick cannot be guaranteed by anyone, or that WhatEdge is not the right tool for what they are trying to do. We would rather lose the sale than the account six months later.

The company

Arsaviva Technologies Private Limited builds software for businesses that have outgrown manual processes but have not outgrown their team. Alongside WhatEdge we build and run other products in the workforce and customer operations space.

We work with businesses across India. That matters more than it sounds: we are in your timezone, we understand how a business here actually runs, and you can pick up the phone during working hours and reach a person who knows your account.

What we are not

Three things WhatEdge does not claim to be

Being clear about this saves everybody a wasted call.

Not a CRM

WhatEdge captures leads and syncs them to your CRM. It does not try to replace the system where your sales pipeline actually lives.

Not accounting software

Tally and Busy raise the invoice. WhatEdge delivers it. We are not trying to be your books.

Not a way around Meta’s rules

If you want to message a purchased list, no official platform can help you, and we will say so rather than take the money.
