Bills Raised in Busy, Delivered on WhatsApp
Same job, same day, no manual sending. Raise the invoice in Busy the way you always have and the customer has it before they leave the counter.
WhatEdge connects to your Busy installation and sends each sales invoice out on WhatsApp as it is raised — the PDF attached, with a readable message carrying the invoice number, date and amount, sent to the number already held in your Busy master.
Your accounts software already knows everything. It just cannot send
Busy holds the invoice, the amount and the customer’s number. What it does not do is put that in front of the customer. So somebody exports a PDF, searches for a contact and sends it by hand — a hundred times a week, until the day it slips.
Common uses
These are the setups customers actually ask for. If yours is not here, it is probably still possible — ask.
Saved in Busy, sent on WhatsApp. The two stop being separate jobs.
Taken from the customer master rather than a WhatsApp search.
Invoice number, date and amount in the body, PDF attached below.
Sent, delivered and read status for every invoice, visible in WhatEdge.
Confirm a receipt automatically once it is recorded against the customer.
Send a ledger statement on request or on a schedule.
How it gets connected
Two routes: build it yourself with the API access your plan already includes, or have our team do it as an optional service. The prices are published.
- Discovery. We look at your Busy setup and which voucher types should trigger a message.
- Connector installed. Our team installs and configures the connector on the machine that runs Busy.
- Templates approved. The invoice message is written and submitted to Meta for approval.
- Test run. We raise test invoices with you and confirm number, format and PDF.
- Live. Your accounts team carries on as before, and the sending looks after itself.
The other integrations
Google Sheets
Payment reminders, follow-up schedules, process tracking and status updates, driven straight from a sheet your team already maintains.
- Payment reminders on a schedule you set
- Triggers on a date, a status change or a daily run
- A different message for each reminder stage
- Nothing to install — connect the sheet and map the columns
Tally
Bills and invoices delivered on WhatsApp the moment they are raised in Tally, with the PDF attached.
- Sends as the invoice is raised, with no extra step
- Customer number pulled from the Tally ledger
- PDF attached, plus a readable summary message
- No change to how your accountant works
Questions about this integration
Yes, the same way as Tally. Invoices raised in Busy are delivered on WhatsApp as they are raised, with the PDF attached and the number taken from your customer master.
Payment reminders run through the Google Sheets integration, not through Tally or Busy. Invoices come out of your accounting software; reminders come off a sheet. Most customers run both together, and it is the combination that does the real work.
Not for Google Sheets, Tally or Busy — our team sets those up for you. You will want a developer, or our team on a scoped engagement, for custom API work against your own CRM or ERP.
