Every Tally Invoice, on the Customer’s WhatsApp
Raise the bill in Tally exactly as you do today. The customer has it on WhatsApp seconds later, PDF attached, with nothing extra for your accountant to do.
WhatEdge connects to your Tally installation and sends each sales invoice out on WhatsApp as it is raised — the PDF attached, with a readable message carrying the invoice number, date and amount, sent to the number already on the customer’s ledger.
The invoice is raised in seconds. Sending it takes a person
The bill is generated and printed, and then somebody has to export the PDF, find the customer’s number, open WhatsApp and send it. On a busy day that step gets skipped. A week later the customer rings asking for a copy, and by then it is a phone call, a search and an apology.
Common uses
These are the setups customers actually ask for. If yours is not here, it is probably still possible — ask.
The moment the voucher is saved, the invoice goes out. No batch at the end of the day, no forgetting.
Pulled from the ledger master rather than typed from memory, so it reaches the right person.
Invoice number, date and amount in the message body, with the PDF attached underneath.
Sent, delivered and read status for every invoice, visible in WhatEdge.
Acknowledge a payment automatically once it is recorded, so the customer is not left wondering.
Send a ledger statement on request or on a schedule, to the same verified number.
How it gets connected
Two routes: build it yourself with the API access your plan already includes, or have our team do it as an optional service. The prices are published.
- Discovery. We look at your Tally setup, your voucher types and which of them should trigger a message.
- Connector installed. Our team installs and configures the connector on the machine that runs Tally. You do not do this yourself.
- Templates approved. The invoice message is written and submitted to Meta for template approval, usually cleared within a day.
- Test run. We raise test invoices with you and confirm the number, the format and the PDF all land correctly.
- Live. Your accountant carries on exactly as before. The sending stops being a job anybody has to remember.
The other integrations
Google Sheets
Payment reminders, follow-up schedules, process tracking and status updates, driven straight from a sheet your team already maintains.
- Payment reminders on a schedule you set
- Triggers on a date, a status change or a daily run
- A different message for each reminder stage
- Nothing to install — connect the sheet and map the columns
Busy
Bills and invoices delivered on WhatsApp the moment they are raised in Busy, with the PDF attached.
- Sends as the invoice is raised, with no extra step
- Customer number pulled from the Busy master
- PDF attached, plus a readable summary message
- No change to how your accounts team works
Questions about this integration
Yes, for sending bills and invoices. The moment an invoice is raised in Tally it goes to the customer on WhatsApp with the PDF attached, using the number already on their ledger. Our team installs and configures the connector.
Payment reminders run through the Google Sheets integration, not through Tally or Busy. Invoices come out of your accounting software; reminders come off a sheet. Most customers run both together, and it is the combination that does the real work.
Not for Google Sheets, Tally or Busy — our team sets those up for you. You will want a developer, or our team on a scoped engagement, for custom API work against your own CRM or ERP.
