Integrations

WhatEdge works with the tools you already run on

You should not have to change your accounting software, your spreadsheets or your CRM in order to send a WhatsApp message. WhatEdge connects to them and sends on their behalf.

Short answer

WhatEdge connects to Google Sheets for payment reminders and follow-ups, to Tally and Busy for sending invoices as they are raised, and to any other system through its API and webhooks. API access is included in your plan so you can build it yourself, and our team will build it for you as an optional, openly priced service.

WhatEdgeWatches, matches, sends
Your customerReads it, replies, acts

This is what separates WhatEdge from a bulk-sending panel. A panel waits for someone to log in and press send. An integrated system sends because something actually happened in your business — and that is the difference between a message that goes out every time and one that goes out when somebody remembers.

The rule worth learning first

Invoices come from one place, reminders from another

It is the single thing new customers most often get the wrong way round, so we say it plainly on every page it could matter on.

Bills & invoices

Sent from Tally and Busy

Raise the invoice the way you always have. It goes to the customer on WhatsApp as it is raised, with the PDF attached.

Your accounting software
Payment reminders

Sent from Google Sheets

Due today, due in three days, overdue by a week — a different message at each stage, driven from the sheet your team already updates.

Your own spreadsheet

Most customers run both together. It is the combination — the bill arriving instantly, then the reminder arriving on time — that does the real work.

Four ways in

Google Sheets

Reminders & follow-ups

Payment reminders, follow-up schedules, process tracking and status updates, driven straight from a sheet your team already maintains.

  • Payment reminders on a schedule you set
  • Triggers on a date, a status change or a daily run
  • A different message for each reminder stage
  • Nothing to install — connect the sheet and map the columns

  • Sends as the invoice is raised, with no extra step
  • Customer number pulled from the Tally ledger
  • PDF attached, plus a readable summary message
  • No change to how your accountant works

API & webhooks

CRM & custom systems

Connect WhatEdge to your CRM, your ERP, your website or anything else that can make an HTTP request.

  • Send a templated message with one API call
  • Webhooks on every inbound message and status change
  • Two-way CRM sync for contacts and conversations
  • Sandbox, documentation and support during integration

Using something else?

If it exports to Excel or exposes an API, it can probably be connected

Marg, Zoho Books, a custom ERP, a dealer management system, a booking platform, a website form — most business software can either produce a sheet or make an HTTP request, and either one is enough for us to work with.

  • Tell us what you run on and what should trigger a message
  • We will tell you honestly whether it can be connected, and how
  • Build it yourself with the API access your plan includes
  • Or we build it for you, at a price published on the pricing page
Two ways to do it

Build it yourself, or have us build it

Your plan includes API access, so you or your developer can connect these yourself at no extra cost. If you would rather we did the work, that is an optional service with a published price rather than a quote — you can see the figure before you ask.

FAQ

Questions about integrations

Yes, for sending bills and invoices. The moment an invoice is raised in Tally it goes to the customer on WhatsApp with the PDF attached, using the number already on their ledger. Our team installs and configures the connector.

Yes, the same way as Tally. Invoices raised in Busy are delivered on WhatsApp as they are raised, with the PDF attached and the number taken from your customer master.

Payment reminders run through the Google Sheets integration, not through Tally or Busy. Invoices come out of your accounting software; reminders come off a sheet. Most customers run both together, and it is the combination that does the real work.

A sheet you already maintain drives the messages. The columns — phone number, name, amount, due date, status — are mapped to the message, and a trigger is set: a date, a change in a status cell, or a scheduled daily run. From then on your team updates the sheet exactly as before, and the messages send themselves. API access to do this yourself is included from the Basic plan up; if you would rather we built it for you, that is an optional per-sheet service.

Yes, through the API or webhooks. Push contacts and leads in, pull conversation history back out, and fire a message from any system that can make an HTTPS request. We provide keys, documentation, a sandbox and technical support during the integration.

Not for Google Sheets, Tally or Busy — our team sets those up for you. You will want a developer, or our team on a scoped engagement, for custom API work against your own CRM or ERP.

Bring your sheet, or your invoice format

The most useful demo we do is the one where you show us the system you actually run on, and we show you what it would look like connected.
